ART. 7 OF THE D. LGS. NO. 196 DATED JUNE 30th 2003 – RIGHT OF ACCESS TO PERSONAL DATA AND OTHER RIGHTS
I – Interested parties have the right to obtain the confirmation of the existence or nonexistence of personal data related to them, even if they are not recorded, and their communication to be conveyed in an intelligible form.
II – Interested parties have the right to obtain information about:

b) the purposes and methods of data processing;
c) the logic applied in case of processing by means of electronic devices;
d) the identity of the owner, manager and the representative appointed under article 5, paragraph 2;
e) the people or type of people to whom the data may be communicated or who might use them as an appointed representative of the State, managers or responsible parties.
III – Interested parties have the right to get:
a) update, rectification or, when interested, integration of data;
